Here at Deepology we are happy to announce our 55th installment of something deep, housey, groovy and funky - Sasse & Phonogenic - Go Cameron EP. All of you deepsters are certainly familiar with the duo, and if not, let’s just say that these two Scandos have been rocking the deep boat for quite a while now with excellent releases on Moodmusic, 20:20Vision, Pokerflat, you name it, and we are very happy that their submarine has finally reached our deep waters.
The EP delivers two original deep house productions with the title track reworked by Surrealism from Bulgaria. Should we mention that their previous production called “So Much” which was out on Liebe*Detail landed almost in every house-dj music bag? So, nothing but quality here! We’re excited and we hope it translates.

- Born and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania Sean Michaels has been surrounded by music since an early age. Taking up the saxophone at the age of 9, Sean spent every year of school learning to play classical and jazz music until his graduation in 1992.After entering college, dance music took center stage and has been Sean’s passion since.
Sean’s journey into House Music began in 1995, in Rochester, NY. After quickly developing a loyal following in the local underground House scene, Sean began to travel the North East and Midwest playing at events in Philadelphia, New York, Pittsburgh, and Cleveland.Sean played to thousands of people, sharing the stage with the likes of Josh Wink, Derrick May, Paul Johnson, Terry Mullan, Halo, Hipp-e and Donald Glaude, to name but a few. Always expanding and refining his sound, influences of jazz, disco, funk, techno, and Chicago House can be heard throughout his DJ sets.
After living in Chicago for 4 years and absorbing the House Music culture, Sean relocated to Denver in 2007 and focused his efforts on music production. As a next step, Sean partnered with Brandon Bass in 2009 to create the highly successful label, Hub City Music, which has currently released 17 EPs. Hub City connects established talent with emerging artists to create a label that represents the myriad sounds and styles of House music.
In 2011, Sean moved to create his solo label, Drizzle Music. Not to be held to one particular sound, Drizzle was formed as an outlet to showcase the finest in all things deep and funky.The mission of the label is simple, to connect and explore what we love most about House Music…That beat. That rhythm. That pulse.
